Being in a bad Mood

When some people are in a bad mood they take it out on you. Not what i like at all.
Just got a phone call from my boyfriend because i texted him asking him a question and he is in a bad mood at work so he got mad about what i texted him.
Well then ok i will just keep going about my day and figure out what i have to do for him on my own without asking him questions.
Do you not like when people are mad and they take it out on you?

I just said ok i will figure it out bye. I could tell he was in a bad mood from it raining on him at work and he said im soaking wet and i dont need this right now. I can tell tonight may not be a good night.

I just dont bother with it and say ok i got it ill talk to you later bye. Hes not a happy person right now for sure as its raining at work and hes doing road construction. Just hope he doesn't get sick like he does so easily.

I just am going to go about my day and then we can figure everything out later and ill leave work early to go do what he needs. Its ok i dont mind i will still have my 8 hours for the day at least.

Yeah, it sucks, I've worked as a customer service rep. and I've received calls from very angry people, I mean to the point that they insult me (which is not excusable all the time) and I get very upset at that moment but then I realize that, that person doesn't even know me and wasn't really mad at ME. People just have bad days and sometimes need an understanding phrase to calm them down or simply give them space to relax because we are all emotional humans. I've fallen into that trap myself but I later feel the need to apologize.

My ex boss was the rudest to people on the phone when someone would finally answer he would literally degrate them and tell them there should be no spanish and press 2 on there chooses to make since we are in america he would always say that. And im like there not the owner of the company at all and cant help in making that decision. Have a good day

@lologirl2021 Whoa! now that's just someone expressing something specific because most likely they do feel and think that way toward a specific person or race in this case. When it comes to someone disrespecting all the time by choice that's when it's good to simply ignore and step away.
