MyLotters! If You Can't Open *Notifications*, Change The Browser!

I begin my myLot day by checking Messages to see if someone has praised or insulted me (it's always good to know) and then open Notifications. Recent Discussions come next and then the rest follows. This morning I found 18 Notifications which is a lot for me and was rather frustrated when I couldn't open them. I tried repeatedly to get to my Notifications in between my other activities but in vain. Then I was struck by an insight. My usual browser is Google. Maybe I should try a different one? I installed Opera and - voilĂ ! - the Notifications liked that and could be opened. The glitch hasn't disappeared yet for me. In case other members still have it, too, my experience may help them not to dispair!

Thanks for this suggestion. It's always good to have these things suggested in case you ever need them.

Exactly! Write it down somewhere so that you remember it in case of need.

@MarshaMusselman You can have an extra notebook for computer related things on your desk or in a drawer.

@MALUSE but then we need to write down where to look for things like that. It all won't fit in one notebook,

I am using Chrome and I have no problems with the notifications. I do not like anymore Firefox, but I think I am also going to install Opera.

It happened to me yesterday, I waited for some time but saw it didn't disappear. I thought of clearing the cache and cookies and that worked alike, fixing the glitch.

This is what I do all the time, clean the cache and the cookies and Chrome works.

I've run into that before with updating images here and paying bills on my computer. Often I need to use Firefox for that purpose rather than chrome, but recently that was working fine too.

Thanks for the suggestion, I have stopped using Firefox since it got so glitchy. Chrome usually works pretty well.

It is annoying when that happens but I usually clear the cache and it clears it up!

Thanks for your suggestion. Sometimes it happens to me, then I usually refresh my mikrotik.
