How can we dump bad habits

There are habits that are detrimental to our health and we need to dump them but unfortunately it never easy but we can still try. How can we dump bad habits.please share your opinions?

Simple: discipline yourself and control it. I know it is better said than done but if one is determined, it can be done.

Strong determination is need to avoid bad habits. It is not easy but not impossible as well. Be sure that you decided to give up some habits and will stick with it. Your mentality is very important.

I believe the first step is that we ''want'' to give up a bad habit.Then half the battle is won.Then go at it one by one,beginning with the easier ones.

I just did. And I am now on my 2nd week of my improvement on ditching a bad habit. I am trying to lessen or avoid eating to much junk food like chips and sweets. It really takes a lot of dicipline and really pushing yourself or controlling your mind. So instead of reaching for chips and sweet I reach for a bottle of water with a slice of lime and drink it till I feel satisfied. And I am enjoying the changes and benefits like my skin is a bit clearer and brigther now and I no longer feel bloated that much. I am excited to see me loosing weight maybe after a month or 2 by biyching this one of my many bad habits ha ha.

By being strict to ourselves it is possible to dumb bad habit but yes it can take a long time
