Simple: discipline yourself and control it. I know it is better said than done but if one is determined, it can be done.

I believe the first step is that we ''want'' to give up a bad habit.Then half the battle is won.Then go at it one by one,beginning with the easier ones.

I just did. And I am now on my 2nd week of my improvement on ditching a bad habit. I am trying to lessen or avoid eating to much junk food like chips and sweets. It really takes a lot of dicipline and really pushing yourself or controlling your mind. So instead of reaching for chips and sweet I reach for a bottle of water with a slice of lime and drink it till I feel satisfied.
And I am enjoying the changes and benefits like my skin is a bit clearer and brigther now and I no longer feel bloated that much. I am excited to see me loosing weight maybe after a month or 2 by biyching this one of my many bad habits ha ha.

By being strict to ourselves it is possible to dumb bad habit but yes it can take a long time
