Japan's Imperial Family coming to Oahu, Hawaii

Next week Oahu will have Royal visitors. Japan's Imperial Family coming to Oahu for the 150th anniversary of the first Japanese to come to live in Hawaii, the Ganenmono.
Members of Japan's imperial family arrive in Hawaii next week.  They'll be here to take part in ceremonies marking the 150th anniversary of the arrival of the first Japanese plantation workers to Hawaii known as the Gannenmono

Wow we got important visitors. I, well, I like to see the news about it. I've never seen Pres. Obama either... just see dignitaries and royalty in the news. I go to our annual Seniors' Fair every Sept.

@oahuwriter I have seen many top leaders of my country,India.I have a long cherished desire to see and talk to a former prime minister Atul Behar Vajpeyee and our present PM Narendra Modi.Vajpeyee is now ill.He is 93 now.Both are great leaders.Men of noble values and very popular.

it is good if they will see the volcano that is alive and spewing magma from afar. isn't that made a tourist attraction? here, when the volcano with the perfect cone erupted, tourists flock in hotels to see the lava flow from the crater, at night.
