What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I am making a pork loin end roast that I seasoned with Penzey's Mural of Flavor seasoning (and salt), sauteed mushrooms and onions, and mashed butternut squash. It is an easy meal to prepare and I am excited to try out the Penzey's seasoning. I've gotten a lot of them lately.
That's what's happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

Me, tonight I might either have instant noodles or frozen pizza. Lazy Sunday for dinner. Ate big breakfast of bacon, eggs, pancakes and tatter tots.

Yes. Now that I've been drinking iced water I'm not hungry, so I might skip dinner. That big breakfast seems to be enough.

Dinner last night was katsudon which is a Japanese dish - rice topped with breaded pork with eggs and chopped veggies.

Oh very nice! I never had mashed butternut squash, but I know it is amazing sauteed haha! We had Jimmy Johns in celebration of my new website. Jimmy Johns is my favorite fast food so we wanted to splurge haha I had a ham and turkey sandwich, it was amazing

This sounds like a gourmet meal 
I do not like squash so that part sounds awful. Last night for dinner I made macaroni and cheese pizza for my boyfriend and I.

We went to a graduation party today, so I didn’t have to make supper. We had ham, macaroni and cheese, and green beans. And for dessert I had a cupcake and pineapple upside down cake!

My dinner was fish and potatoes that I had before I left for the party, so more the noon meal. I had a bowl of fruit when I got home, and nothing at the party. Though I did enjoy the party.
