Have you tried(OMAD)one meal a day for weight loss

Losing weight can be so tedious that people looks for a simpler way out and one of it is eating just a meal daily.Have you tried this method for weight loss.What do you think about it??

Several little meals a day is better than one meal in a day. You will not feel heavy.

@Berrygal then the other time you will feel hungry. You shouldn't do exercise neither when you are heavy(Vomiting, breathing problem) nor when you are hungry(Muscle pain, joint pain, headache). Without exercise weight loss is abnormal and that's not good for human body.

This is not a good way of losing weight, It's better if you have several light meals in a day,

No way..but if it's substituted by some healthy eating like fruits , veggies salads and juice's then can go for a while
