There are some people whose mood are greatly affected by the weather or season. I have known people who could easily get depressed during winter. As for me all I know is that during rainy days I always want to sleep! How about you my friend is your mood affected by the weather? Picture credit: bustle.com

Winter DOES put me in a funk sometimes. I think it is mostly because of the lack of sunshine. I tend to take more Vitamin D during the winter time which does help. But I dislike rainy days too. Especially if they happen to be on a weekend when I just want nice weather during the summer and want to get things done around the yard.

Gloomy weather like heavy rain and high winds makes me feel miserable. I hate to be out when this starts.Last Thursday I took my children to the dentist because my daughter had an appointment. We saw very heavy rain by the door of the dentist. We waited for a while and the rain carried on just the same. We had a severe and extra miserable time trying to get home. I pushed my son's wheelchair and luckily had brought his rain cape which went over it. I placed my handbag on top of his bag. It got wet and we found it difficult to walk with driveways overflowing with water. Yes, it was flooding and cars splashed us. We got home at 17.50 and I had a person coming round at 18.00. I love spring with sunny days and summer with hot days. I adore travelling to different countries and some of them give me hot weather which I adore. Autumn colours are pretty however it gets colder. I feel sad on cold days in the winter although Christmas is a happy time in my family. Snowy landscapes look stunning. When I lived in Kent I fell over in snow and it was snowy for weeks in the winter. Yes, my mood is affected by the weather.

I do not think that weather does affect my mood. I could be happy when its rainy and bad mood when it is sunny and sometimes its the other way around. What affects me most is the circumstances I am in a certain situation. Those things are the ones that really affects my mood not the weather.
