Rainy Day

It's raining once again today. So, no outside for me. Instead the hubby and I used our morning to do some cleaning that we have been putting off.
Now we can sit down, have a cup of coffee and relax before lunch. I will be having a premade Southwest Salad and hubby will be having a leftover bacon cheese burger.
We will be able to watch City Confidential for a change. I know it's an old show but we both enjoy it.
This afternoon I will be writing and doing some research. I love days like this. I may even fit in a little nap.
Dinner will be easy. We have macaroni salad sitting in the fridge just waiting to be eaten. I will throw some bbq sauce on a couple of pork steaks and let them cook in the oven. easy-peasy!

My son got braces put on his teeth yesterday, so that is about the only exciting thing that happened in my life over the last couple of days! lol

I love rainy days. The kids hate them. Today is Sunday and I am relaxing, Mylotting and of course some laundry. Not a day goes by that I don't have to do a load of laundry. Your supper sounds great.

@HazySue I can see where some might find it depressing but I love a good rain. I am like you. I settle in and enjoy. I also love to sleep when it rains!

Thursday morning here and I am mylotting while waiting for the NBA Finals Game 3 to start at 9 in the morning here. I hope it's going to be as fun as Game 1 as I found Game 2 boring.

Rain has subsided here. Thursday was cloudy but Friday is a sunny day 80 degrees. Got to finally mow the grass which was so high it looked like weeds. I also use rainy days to catch up on My Lot, do some writing and reading. Bacon is a great addition to a burger!
