Rude and entitled is not a way to live

So this I down man comes in and I say hi to every customer. Regularly customer we may have a joke or something. Like miss me or what kicking.
So this guy in my face asks for the bathroom. Issue I didn't understand him I said sorry where is didn't catch that.
He screaming the toilet. So I tell him 2nd door on the left. He mumbles incompetent b'tch. I ignore him because frankly I have more important things today than deal with a obnoxious pig. So I continue sweeping the floors and a regular older man comes in to talk about bingo.
This man walks out of the bathroom and takes 2 donuts of the counter that we sell. He then proceeds to walk by the cash and for the door. So I go sorry you need to pay for those. He looks at me and says no I don't goes for the door. So I say you need to pay for those or I'm calling the police.
He stomps to the cash and tries the I always get them free here. Umm no you don't. I nicely smile and say sorry you need to pay for the product or else leave .
So he starts screaming at me saying woman shouldn't work, they need to know their place. He was so loud the manager upstairs heard him screaming and came down stairs.
Something must be in the air this week. I haven't had this much crazy in one week in months

It must be the way the stars are aligned. I've had some odd people cross my path. I work in an antique store and I've had customers come in asking for odd items like "do you have a dog poop scooper and separator?" Uhh, I've never heard of one. Or going into a major chain store and getting chewed out by a fellow customer because I walked down the aisle that they were on...I didn't see any signs saying that the particular aisle was that person's personal aisle. Yesterday I had people's kids pushing me into the shelves or tripping me as I tried to walk through the store. It makes me very happy that I get to spend the rest of the week at home!

Maybe he gets free donuts when the incompetents work there. If he "always" gets them free there, you would think he'd know where the washroom was. I hope he paid for the doughnuts. You couldn't sell them to someone else after he touched them.

That's what this regular customer said as well after he yelled at him. No he smoked me in the he's with them and landed on the floor. So the regular customer ate them (they were in a bag and he used tongs to pick uo).

From the way you word or. You sounded a little rude too. People have bad days there no reason for you to let it get to you. That's part of working with people.

If asking him to repeat himself because I didn't hear him is rude so be it. He was stealing . This regular customer was screaming at him in the parking lot. I told him just leave it alone. Customers are pissed by the girl on weekends. I don't scream at customer and I'm not rude. If you scream at me, or treat me like crap I shut down and say bye have a nice night I don't put on a fake show. I'm not being fired because of a customer feels entitled.

What a rude person. Even if someone is rich but behaves so poorly like that, that person has poverty in mannerism for sure. Thumbs down. Be patient, aite.
