Anything that irritated you recently?

I bought some lettuce and even though I thought I had washed it carefully when I went to eat it I still bit into sone sand. Every once in a while I buy lettuce that it is very difficult to wash off all the sand. I find that irritating.
Sometimes I get a cold sore on my lips and that is very bothersome.
My internet provider raised the price to $79 a month. I checked around and found another provider that offers the same service at $46 a month. Quite a difference in price. Now that I have cancelled my previous service, they want to give me a better price. Very irritating!

Yes, dealing with medical issues brings some irritations.

What irritates me is when people choose a bad time to call me. I use my phone to do many things online. When I'm working online and get interrupted by a phone call, that's irritating.

Yes! If I'm on the phone and it is important and another call comes in, I just ignore it and let the answering machine take the message and i will call them back later. Is there anyway that you can do something similar?

@1hopefulman There is. Most times it is my daughter calling me just to say nothing. She calls me when she's bored. I'll let the answering machine get it and call her back later.

Yes, there's no sufficient water supply yesterday and our tenants complaining, I called the water delivery service but they too late to come.. it's irritating me.

Yes, that would be very irritating especially if there was no warning. We usually have no problem with water only when on a rare occasion we have a plumbing problem. Water is so necessary!

We used to have lots of mosquitos - especially in June, but this year I have not seen so many..but this summer has not been very warm, today we have about 15C, and rather windy.. But one can always put on more clothes, so no reason to complain

Yes, that is one advantage of the cold in that you can put on more clothes.
The prediction for today, with the humidity factored in, is 36C and that is very hot. It is sauna temperature. We will have to be cautious today and even more so for the weekend.

Missing a phone call ive been waiting on for days.
Ive never had sand in my lettuce. Id buy lettuce somewhere else.

Yes, missing one of those calls can be very irritating.
The sand in the lettuce is at at certain time of the year for some reason. The lettuce must come from where they grow them in sand which is very hard to wash completely off the lettuce. Very irritating!

Getting irritated is a common occurrence with me. But the only recent irritation I've had was my I Pod dying on me and no longer able to play any music. Things have been going fairly smoothly lately but I am sure another irritating thing is just around the corner. I guess it's how we react to the irritation that determines whether it warrants mention.

@1hopefulman Yes, I was actually getting a bit down about the I pod until I found another product at a reasonable price which replaced it. I think with me when your comfort level is disrupted it can cause irritation. Sudden changes are not easily dealt with in my case....

Hi Felix. Yes. Actually, quite a lot but I will give you a few. My allergies due to the hot season is one. Second is, people who pretend and then copy you.

@1hopefulman I am irritated at people who pretend to be someone else and lie about who they really are. Then those are the copycats who have no originality and own it up as if it is theirs. Apologies, Felix. Those really irritate me.

I get irritated when the requests submitted in our department - Procurement are all As Soon As Possible. We have already told everyone that they have to put the date not ASAP.
I told our mall manager when she asked me how I am in my department and told her that I get so stressed with Requests that have the word ASAP. She apologized since it was her who adds the word ASAP on the Supplies Requisition Forms. 
Now, I can see that she doesn't put ASAP anymore but let the requestor put the date.

I can see how that would be irritating. We all know what ASAP stands for but it is meaningless because it gives no idea as to when something is really needed.

I understand! I watch my TV on the internet.
My internet service had gone up to $79 a month. Saturday, I changed the service with a company that is charging $46. So far it is working even better than the last one.
