I was never the sporty type, I don't play badminton, volleyball etc. Not even exercise, I'm just literally eating, sleeping, eating sleeping. But now I'm about to change my lifestyle . I'll try to be healthy, it means no softdrinks, eatig vegetables which I seldom do before. So now every morning, I will exercise, even just at home. I have no problem gaining weight but I want to be healthy that's why I'm planning to do it.

Doing exercises like walking or running will give you more energy.

@chicnthin It is a struggle to exercise at first but then the fun begins when the body is ready for it.

I think it's a great idea if you want to change for a better lifestyle. I see that you want to improve your eating and want to practice the sport. If you get some tips from a nutritionist could be very helpful too.

You will continue to be healthy if you eat vegetables and don't eat/drink lots of sugar. Many times, the influence of bad things in your diet don't show up until many years later.
