I came into work and my friend laughs at me for this. My manager is my work husband. I swear I can tell you how he acts and feeling etc. So I come in and he seems quiet. I show up well over 15 minutes early and count stock just so I don't do it while I'm trying to serve customers. So when something's bugging him he literally drops everything and runs out the door. He has a nap and comes back. Makes me laugh So today I'm like what's the issue here. Turns out the one part timer had messaged him not only to ask for the days off (which she ok'd with me) but she wants a month off. She has believe she said a week of exams then 2 weeks off then a week of exams. She then said well since I can't comitt I'll leave and he can find staff that can work it. Issue who's going to work it?? He has had a few apply but now they most likely already has a job. She had messaged me asking what she said wrong as he just cut her short and said okay. I said well talk to him in person not text.
