Finished work

I finished work yesterday. Technically I am still employed till the end of the month, but I am taking the final three weeks to use up my holiday entitlement.
It has only been a half day a week, but I have enjoyed it, and the extra bit of money has been useful. However, I feel the time has come to move on and put more time into my writing and my business. It was a hard decision, and today I feel a little sad.

Good luck to you!
Was recently laid off, one week now. Looking for a new job has been a pain but I keep grinding. Also, putting more time in my online shop and here in myLot. Getting a new job though is my priority.

@lynnief thank you. Just sent out a couple of applications. It is a Saturday here so won't get hear from these companies until Monday.

Best of luck as you enter into a new phase of life. I'm sure you're sad at leaving your job but having more time for your writing and business will be great

It's always a sad feeling when we had to bid goodbye most especially to our dearest work.
