Iam petsitting and it's ackward cooking at someone else's house. I tend to eat out but told myself this summer I'd cook more. I chopped the veggies, and mixed the broth in a pot let it simmer. While the chicken chicken simmers in another pot. After a couple hours I will break the chicken apart as it's drumsticks add to the other pot. I cooked up the pasta to throw in. Since I'm bringing it to work I decided to put it in a desperate dish so it doesn't soak up all the juices. I threw together a easy coleslaw dressing and mixed with the bag that I was given.

I used to help seniors. I remember the oddness of doing cooking chores for them in their kitchens. And I was expected to make them something that they'd like.

I would hate that!@ especially the ones who whine. I brought most of the items from home. But they insist I eat their food. Tomorrow I have a beef shaved roast (it's prepackaged frozen) thinking with rice and maybe mixed steamed veggies
