Does traveling helps in generating ideas!

Traveling is something almost we all enjoy. I am a keen traveller though not getting much time for it presently but I want to explore the world. Travelling at different places help us to know about the cultural, traditions, language, religion, practices etc of the respective places. I like to know about the history of a place as well. People in past were really talented and they made so many simple yet useful things to survive in odds. There is a place called Hawa Mahal in Jaipur, Rajasthan which have so many small openings where Queens of the King used to sit and watch the surroundings without being noticed by other person on the streets. This palace is now a tourist spot and it is airy. As we have power cut off now, this hot at home reminded me of this palace we visited a few years before and I am thinking that people in past who didn't have A/C or fans had great architecture to keep them cool. Do you think people in past had great minds? How do you feel about the travelling? Does travelling gave you any idea?

Travelling may or may not give you any idea, but for sure it shifts your mind to think apart from your daily life. You get to see different people, different cultures. In case you are travelling in a train that travels across different states, there only you can understand how much diversity we have in terms of people and their lifestyle and uniqueness they all bring together.

@anamika161088 Yep, I traveled a lot by train after I left home for job and it used be 15 hours train journey. Earlier used to hate travelling alone, later started enjoying it. Do you also travel much?

People in the past were as intelligent as people in the present. The inventor of the wheel was definitely a genius!

I agree with you. They are the real creators with best hands. What we do with technology, they were doing without technology.

@anamika161088 Technology doesn't mean 'modern' technology. In the Stone Age technology meant making bows and arrows, for example, or inventing the wheel as I've already mentioned. The pyramids in Ancient Egypt were designed by engineers who knew everything about technology one could know at that time.
