Upper Limit for Marriages

Each country has it different but it is somewhere between 18 to 21 after which you are allowed get married. But have you heard about upper limit of marriage, after which one opt not to get married. It was unusual but yesterday I had a conversation with a 34 year old man and he said after you over 30 you hardly think of getting married due to the fact that you are so comfortable being single that you don't want try change. Do you think there is an upper limit for marriages? Is it just a state of mind which will pass and he will get married soon What you think

I've known people who have gotten married (first time) after age 30. (I admit, some of them got divorced again, really quick, too!) One who got married recently was 76. His beautiful bride was 83. (It was a first marriage for both of them.)

Well thats too much. I dont even want to live that long. 55 is fine for me . So I should think of getting married by 30 so that I will have my kid to be independent when I die

I dont think there is or should be a max age for marriage. As long as they are both legal adults, by all means get married and be happy! My husband was in his 40's when we got married. :) I was late 20's.

10 years of gap is quite large. Here girls dont prefer to marry a guy whose age is 3year older than them. Here girls start registering sites at early 20s and try to get married by mid 20s. But few who prefer education career and stability over marriages get it done in late 20s. Its kind of superstition or belief that if a girl get marriage after 30s then there is less chance of getting pregnant.

I´ve known women who after their 40s, they hardly think about getting married. They are comfortable living on thier own at that age that they rarely think about sharing their life with a man

everyone has their own choice whether to get married or not. . it only depends on the matter one's choice. . words are just words. they are temporal. . I believe he could possibly change his mind in a matter of time.

Completely agree with you. Though society always have something to demotivate you.
