My stuff animal

I love my teddy bear too. I love hugging him also

I like your teddy bear and he looks so large for you to hold. I don't have many stuffed animals. I have collectors type of dolls. I have a large collection of costume dolls from different countries that I have visited. I have got two antique dolls. Also I have got a collection of porcelain dolls.

I think it's just fine at any age, reminds me of my kid's stuffed toys but they were not as big as that bear.

You're never too old to love stuffed animals! I'm a teddy bear artist (I design and make teddy bears and other animals) and a LOT of my customers are in their 40's and up. Stuffed toys take us to a time when we were more care free and felt safe and comfortable and above all protected. It takes us back to when we were small children and Mommy and Daddy were there to take care of us. Even now, in the United States, when people are faced with disaster they are given a teddy bear to comfort them. I can speak from experience about that because October 2 I came "home" to my house burning down. Everything I own was destroyed and all I had left was my clothes on my back and my purse. I had given one of my neighbors one of my teddy bears and she returned it because she knew I would need the comforting. I've sat and cried and hugged that teddy bear many many times since my house burned down. I'm over 60 and not only make teddy bears and other stuffed animals but I still collect them too. You're going to find that the friend that you're hugging in the picture will be your most valuable possession because he has shared so many memories with you. Take care of your friend and take care of yourself and above all keep hugging your teddy bear! May I ask how you got your big friend? You both are darling in the picture!!!

I wish I had a big stuffed bear like that. But I prefer to spend my money on other things so I just make sure to give them a squeeze whenever I pass by them in stores.

I'm older than you, but I still love my stuffed animals. I am not afraid to admit it.
