Today it is my first time to try to make this kind of cake. Here we call it as Swiss roll and perhaps it has nothing to do with Switzerland. I don't know what it has such kind of name. Perhaps "Swiss" sounds like "Sweet" and it is supposed to be Sweet roll?
I am glad that I made it successfully even if it seems the cutting is not so perfect

Congrats, it looks perfect for me. It is supposed to have been invented in Central Europe during the 19th C, probably in Austria, although these rolls look like a simplified recipe of the Christmas log which is a French invention, also from the 19th C.
