I know my future is over. But what about you?
"Don't spend so much time thinking about it, because if you do, you'll miss out on what's happening right now.
We had a great day this morning. We took a motor trip to the White Mountain NH.
A great day and a scenic view.
stop many time to check it out.Spend most of the morning.
I am totally exhausted. Not there but riding in the car.
Seems long drive starting to bother me.
The legs are not helping any.
But nice to be home again and hang out.
Photo is me in one of the scenic
what does the future hold for you

You are a dashing man! I try not to think too far into the future because I don't want to consider I might end up with early onset dementia like my mother. She was 46 when she was diagnosed. I'm 37, and I try to take it one day at a time. See, her dad had it too, and her dad's mother had it, although not as young as her.

@amadeo The only way to know for sure is to wait until I start showing signs. An MRI showed my mom in her thirties she would get it early in life, which she did, at 46 officially, although symptoms started at 45. My last MRI was at 33, which was clear, to my relief. That's the age they told her her frontal lobe indicated early onset dementia.
But I can't just have an MRI to check. Insurance won't do it. My previous MRIs, and I have had many, were for injuries. I had Cat scans too, and those aren't good to have frequently, besides being expensive. So the only thing I can do is live, and pray for peace. Heck, I could die in a car wreck next week, so why worry now?

@1creekgirl Yes. I know trusting Him doesn't mean I won't get it, but it does mean I'll be cared for no matter what.

I'm glad to hear you had a great trip. We're hoping in a couple of weeks to be going to Myrtle Beach on vacation, then to our kids' home in Charleston, SC. But like I've read, "Man plans and God laughs."

My future depends on the investments I make now. I am very cautious of how I organize my thoughts and how I 'speak' to myself. Positive all the way!
Beautiful shot BTW.

Your life is not over yet, you just have to learn to slow down, the mind stays young but our bodies don`t
