When you keep your mobile off?

It's very rare that I do so but I have seen several people they do it very often when they feel that they are getting disturbed from it. There are lots of people who keep them off too which I don't like as who knows when we may get an urgent call from someone. Do you keep your mobile phone on silent mode or keep them off at any time?

Silent mode is okay but I never want it off. Mostly people who contacted me are family and friends. I can't be at peace when my cp is off or run out of power.

My phone will be shut down automatically from 1am to 5am. At least I really need to have a sleep at that time and I don't want to be bothered.

I turn mine off when its charging and when I'm sleeping. Most other times it is on.
