The Horse Celebrates!

How do you reward yourself when it is time for celebration? I bought myself a bottle of Glenlivet, my favorite single malt Scotch.
My grades are turned in, I quit the band that was frustrating me, and we're almost done with the photo books we've been working on for each kid at the preschool.
This evening, I will bring the Scotch over to my friend Mike's house (he also quit the band), and we will play music and BBQ!
Again, how do you reward yourself when it's time for celebration?

An expensive jewellery or a watch is what I reward myself.

@TheHorse My wrist don't sweat unless I'm working out or cycling.

So you quit the band? You're still in another though I think? I'm sure it won't be long and you'll have another one going. Vince was licking his lips when I mentioned Glenlivet. He says it's usually mentioned as 'the Glenlivet' - just sayin'.

I like fancy chocolates.
I'm not much of a drinker, but you picked a good Scotch!

If a person who drinks is a drinker and a person who drinks in excess is drunkard (hopefully that refers to water as well).
So a person who eats is an eater and a person who eats in excess is a eatard. Not glutton.
See I proved to you - English has no logic.

@vandana7 And you're right, English is a confusing language. It's because it's mostly made up from bits and pieces of other languages, depending on who took control of their government. There's some French influence from the Normans, some Dutch from trading and other commerce, some Spanish influence due to military conflicts, etc. It's a hodgepodge of nonsense.

You and Mike have fun. Is it possible you will start your own group and do gigs.?

I think you've heard me kvetch and moan about Debbie the Diva. Her interrupting conversations I was having with audience members after two separate shows (and knocking over my guitar without apologizing or checking on it) were the three straws that left the camel's back close to broken.

Not like that because cannot afford it. Hey live it up, All I have is a cheer with what the hell am I drinking oh its so poor its embarrassing. To new adventures and to better music and not a knock because is that not what every true musician says.

Congratulations, pony!
Hmmm... how I celebrate depends on what I am celebrating. *shrug* At least I'm being honest, right?

I just buy some new clothes, shoes and get my hair done, then I go out for a night on the town. Check out the theatre or a concert.
