Yes, I have two sites paying me. But it really take a lot patience doing survey.

Yes, but surveys doesn't come often or regularly, it takes a while, so its slow money.

I have a few survey apps on my phone. Panel App seems to be reliable.

I did on some sites. They paid me. But, it depends upon the sites you chose.

I don't believe in surveys. I guess it will take long before you could finally reach your pay out.
