A good "swim"

We drove by the lake in the image. The swimming area is small and it was crowded. Not only that, the water level was really low. We are fortunate to live near several lakes, so we chose to go to another. The water level was low there as well, but I like where we chose to get in the water. The waves coming in were very strong. That made it more work to even just stand. We got good, cool, gentle workouts. I really could not swim because it was shallow and foreceful. It was a great way to cool off, and get exercise. This morning I am going with a friend for coffee mid morning, so I will be busy elsewhere for a while.

I learned in college. It is good even just to go play in the water. It was quite shallow.

That sounds refreshing for you. I'm phobic about water. Iknow, I know I should conquer that. Sometime before I die, lol.I hope you have a good coffee outing with your friend. My mom isn't doing so hot this morning so I am just hanging out here. I hope to get out thrift shopping with my friend sometime this week. But it's gonna be HOT. If we go it'll have to be in the morning.

I like to go out early for everything. I hope your mom gets on top of whatever is ailing her.

@GardenGerty she has leukemia now, so she's weakening. But some days are better than others, thanks for the well wishes.

No, the temperature is much like bath water. The weather here is near 100 F. Whish is about your 40 C or thereabouts. The water gets warm.
