Do you like cover songs

I grew up listening to rock that my mom always had on the radio and I'm still a rocker, some country is ok but not much, well there has been a lot of songs remade and I love them because I think they give the song more soul, like sound of silence by Disturbed is amazing or Shinedown singing Simple man, what do you think of these remakes if you listen to that kinda music.

I only like them when they are better than the originals and sometimes they are.
I don't think it's as good as the original but not bad.

I agree. If the covers are better than the originals then I enjoy them @1hopefulman @hillhjill one of my all time favorite covers is by Simon and Garfunkel. The original was by the Everly Brothers.

Yes I like the original as well but I have always been a fan of Disturbed, so I listen to both.

I think some covers butchers the song, like these boots are made for walking redone by Jessica Simpson, not good at all.
