Any go to meals for rainy days?

When it is rainy and cool, I like to eat soup, and grilled cheese. If it is just raining but not cool grilled cheese will do. It has been raining steadly all morning. I don't have sliced cheese to make grilled cheese, if I made it it would have to be with shredded cheese. It is actually cool enough for soup. Very cool for this time of the year, and am actually wearing long pants..which I haven't worn down here for a month or more. It will probably be the last time before the Fall. I may forego my rainy day favorite today though..Turkey burgers are probably going to be on tap for tonight and I just had a PBJ. Do you like to make anything in particular when it is raining?

I like crockpot stuff too..It is cool today..so something fairly warm will be in order.

@CinnamonGrl Chili is good as long it is not too warm outside. If it wasn't raining and cool today and a normal summer day, I wouldn't be making chili.

Its raining here too. Glad I got my morning phone call before it started raining. Hopefully it will let up for a little bit so that I can check the mail here in a little bit.
Soups or pasta.

Soup and grilled cheese is one of my faves on rainy days, too. Also stew. And ham and beans is another good one. I'm getting hungry! Not rainy here, in fact we're about to get pretty darn hot. Rain sounds very appealing!

Yes, I enjoy cold weather because although it was cold this past year..normally we don't get enough cold weather.
