Hello I wonder but since one and half month I am travelling lot. Even if I decide not to go anymore, I am doing it in the end. Just completed 10 days travelling of 3300 KM only. Well, I am glad I am not the only one who was driving. We were two but still it was tiring. Have you done such long journey by road? And how you feel? For me I have to rest for whole day on 11th day.

I went to Turkey for holidays when I was a student. It was a 2300 km trip, but as I was in holidays, I stopped to visit a few places and did it in 10 days, and 6 for the return trip.

@akp100 No, I was alone with an old 2cv Citroen that climbed the Alps at 30 km/h. I was doing 200 to 300 km/day, so it was not very tiring. I did round trips from Paris to Bordeaux with my car in the past, it was 1200 km and tiring. Now it is a 2 hours travel with a high speed train.

@topffer Ohh.... But still that's too much if you were alone. So how much rest you took after completing. Train is always good option, even we were thinking about it, but in the end go with car.

So you did the all driving or you were having company? If someone with us then yes we can make this trip good, but driving all of that alone is kind of tiring.

Driving long distances can be exhausting. When my husband and I were young, we drove 1500 miles (2414 km) in 24 hours straight! Never again!!!!

Wow, in just 24 hours, that's too much. We have taken 10 days with night halts. So it wasn't straight like you mentioned. I wonder how much tiring journey you faced at that time.

In 2012 I drove from my home to Cornwall. I began our drive in the early hours on a Saturday to limit the number of cars and especially lorries on the road. I wanted us to stop a few times for a rest so we did that. We went to the Eden Project which was amazingly beautiful. It had lots of flowers and plants. It was such a quiet place that day which surprised us. I felt very tired when we arrived at our accommodation. For where we stayed we did days out by car and ended up using a lot of petrol for my car.

How are you? Long time not seen? I think road travelling is always tiring even though just sit in vehicle without driving, make us tired So can guess when you are indulging with long drive.

Good. Yes became active after long. Hope you and all there fine. True. Even without driving it is tiring. But these days driving all trips in AC is not that hard either. but yes driving alone for such long can become boring and tiring.

We drove two days when we moved to Oregon. That was fun because we took the long route to see everything along the way. We were tired when we got here and the cat was scared.
