Cabbage, potatoes, onion and bacon / myLot

I had leftovers and wanted to make a dish. I threw it all in a pan and baked it. I like how the cabbage still has a crunch, but the rest is cooked. I added salt, pepper and oil ontop then mixed.

The dish sounds delicious. I just happen to have some fresh cabbage that I got to cook. Thinking of making corn beef, cabbage, onions seasoning with salt, pepper, mirin and soy sauce.
