How do you know when you should do something. How do you know when you should not do something. How do you know when you should fix a meal and eat. How do you know. Is there something inside of each one of us that tells us that you should do something or not do something. How do we know that we love someone. What tells us that we are in love. Just how do we know. Does anyone really know,

I think our bodies tell us when we need to meet physical needs like eating and drinking and sleeping. When it comes to moral behaviors, I let my faith guide me. When it comes to love, emotions usually govern us, but they can also lead the wrong way. That's another area where our faith should play a role.

I had to make that comment! It is innate, inborn your body will let you know things! Hunger pangs feelings of weakness etc when you are hungry. As for love there are physical signs by the body enlarged pupils, fluttering in the stomach and heart beat increases! Just to mention a few! So not only innate but also learnt behaviours!

For work its a schedule. not to do something there is a list called laws. To eat my tummy lets me know with a growl or I feel weak. For love it would be that deep down feeling that you would die if you could not see that person every day, and that you would die for that person to go living. That is how I know, I reckon.,
