On this humid afternoon, the walk was pleasant and plentiful. Once again, we had a small class--only six others plus myself. The same amount two weeks ago. I've talked to a fellow yogi friend Melissa and informed her about Friday's class, since we take the both yoga classes. She doesn't like the same secondary substitute yoga instructor either. So she won't be attending the class on Friday too. Other than the regular sun salutations and spinal twists, we did some new poses and no bonus poses tonight: 8 Tilted Spinal Twists (4x/side) 8 Lower Torso Circles (4x/side) 1 Camel Pose 2 Mini Sun Salutations (1x/side) 4 Spinal Stretches with Straps (2x/side) and 4 Spinal Rolls Then we did something partner yoga poses, which was done 2 weeks ago. I paired up with Melissa to do these set of exercises: 2 Tree Poses (1x/side) 2 Warrior Three Poses 4 Human Tug-of-War Poses (2x/side when we pull each other) That's about it for tonight. 1 Legs Up the Wall Pose

It's amazing you can remember all the poses you did. I sure wouldn't be able lol. Which reminds me I should get back to yoga, now that I have free time.

Most of them is a bit repetitive and done in the middle of the routine.
