Abandonment

This is when a pet is just left to care for itself. Being left by the side of the street. Or worse when someone gives birth to a baby and takes that baby and just leaves it some where by the side of the road or in a building and just walks away leaving the newborn . This friend of my son was left after he was born in a building. He was never adopted and was raised in foster homes. When he turned eighteen he went into the service. He did a dna test and he is asia and black. At least now he is married and has a baby on the way. He finally is happy with a family of his own.

People say everything happens for a reason, but most of the time reasons just seem to cruel and impossible to understand. I hate people doing this to their kids and pets. I am just praying that whatever the situation I might wind up in, I will never have to be forced to abandon my dog. It would tear me apart. He gives me strenght to fight when things are bad so I can keep the whole family together. Because yes, he is family. He is our baby.

Hi Judy. There are a lot of people who are really irresponsible. Your son’s friend rose above his situation and became a better person, husband and father.

There is some people who overcome a bad beginning by being raised by a responsible adult to lead them in the right direction in life.

I have a friend that was thrown in the trash after he was born. My Dad and his friend heard him crying in the trash can and my Dad's friend adopted him.

This is very sad. I can't do this. How can someone abandon a pet or a child?

It is always sad for the abandoned children and pets. Unfortunately there are still irresponsible people who do this kind of terrible thing. It is not easy for your son's friend to grow up. It is tough. I am glad that now he has a normal family and I hope everything will be fine for him.

To abandon someone is to scar them. A memory a child never forgets. To be unaccepted by one's parents is to be robbed of love. I am glad he has a family of his own to provide unconditional love to.

A double story of life. I think the cat story is a sad one while the story of the man was inspiring especially for those who suffer the same.

It turn out to be good for him. He did good. I do not know why parents can abandon their kids and let them be.

What about being abandoned by your partner that you've been with for 10 years. That was the worst.
