Threptin Biscuits

Most here may not need these biscuits but I did. It was during my first months of marriage - a time that we all need to adjust to new surroundings and a new way of life. Some adjust quickly but I took time. From a pampered soul to someone who had to manage was kind of tough on me and this took a toll on my health in that I was losing weight. No matter what I ate it did not get assimilated.
And that was the time I was recommended that I eat Threptin Biscuits. I am not sure if it was the Threptin Biscuts or me being able to face the rigors of marriage I did put on weight.

I too ate that when I was studying 4th standard. The taste resembles Horlicks powder. The cost is also high also we should eat only 2 or 3 biscuits per day.

@allknowing I gained more weight and fat. It's not good for normal people, maybe for gym persons.

I had eaten them years ago., They are not so tasty but have great nutritional value

Appetite per se was not an issue with me but food was not getting assimilated but as I have said in my post I am not sure what changed me.
