What Is Your Favorite Smell?

Over the years my sense of smell had changed and I am able smell more, probably because I used to smoke and I don`t now. Right now outside I smell the light sweet scent of honeysuckle, I like that. Vanilla sugar is another nice smell, when cooking it slow and allowing the vanilla blend with the melted sugar.... so nice. But my all time favorite is pineapple, its strong and sweet and lingers. What is your favorite smell?

I like the smell of orange and cloves, of cinnamon, I like woodsy smells and some light, floral smells. I like the smell of a book, I love the smell of wool, of flannel. A bonfire is a relaxing smell as well. We used to have honeysuckle growing outside on a fence between our neighbors and our house.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I never could and still cannot stand the smell of oranges. I think it's because teachers always had that smell on their hands, I did not like my teachers, and so I just dislike it by association. lol

I love the smell of carnations and the smell of wood when we're making something. Freshly ploughed ground, new-mown hay, just the air after rain - so many lovely smells. However I think you should have said 'I'm able to smell more' rather than 'I smell more' in case people get the wrong idea.

I'm weird, but I still like the smell of gasoline. But bacon is also a good smell, and so is the smell of a steak cooking on the grill. I store my smoker in my garage and there's that woody smoked smell in there now, and I kind of like that.

My favorite would be lilac or cinnamon. Love both of those. Strange one is the smell of fresh skinned rabbit or deer. Think it is because I grew up helping do that even as a very tiny kid. I associate it with happy times.

I don't particularly have a favorite smell but I don't mind certain smells that others find atrocious such as the smell skunks emit. That doesn't bother me at all. On the other hand I never had a dog covered in the smell like some have and if I had it might be worse. I do enjoy most flowers and lilacs are especially nice.
