My Day

Well, it's still not starting in the pool. My right leg joint is still giving me a lot of problems and making it very hard to walk. However, it's not as bad as when I got up this morning. I need my cane. I got up from my chair a little bit ago and started heading for the door without it and almost screamed in pain. I quickly grabbed it, and grabbed a couple bananas while I worked on notifications, which are now finished for the time being. Now to make some real breakfast.
In a couple hours I need to leave for what I'm expecting to be my last counseling appointment. Things have really been good lately and the reasons I started counseling have been taken care of.
Then it will be home to once again work on Wilderness Challenge and see what more you guys are up to as well.
It's heating up to a nice 83 F day with 72% humidity. Yes, Rebel Anne you read that right. 72% humidity. Yesterday we didn't have any. Those days are over for non humid days. I have the windows open, and the apartment is appreciably cool.

Sorry your in so much pain, I hope that went away as the day went on. Hopefully soon you will be able to go back to the pool again. It was only 75 here yesterday and very windy.

@just4him glad your taking less medicine that means your healing nicely. I haven't taken any pain killers since my surgery, just tylenol at night to help me sleep.

I hope your leg gets better. I am praying for you. It was very hot today. To be honest, I prefer a cloudy day because it is easier for me to work outside.

@just4him Oh I agree! I got up early to vacuum the pool. It was not supposed to rain at that time. Surely enough, it was raining. I waited awhile and it stopped. Then I started to vacuum, and it started to rain. I think the hardest part is when it is so humid.

Hi Valerie. It is good to know you are doing well but I hope you get back to swimming again. I love your stories about it. It did rain here but not much. I was at my parents' house looking after the renovations and doing work.

Thank you. I'm hoping to be back at the pool on Monday, but it all depends on my leg. I'm glad you're doing well, and hope you get more rain soon.
We are finally getting rain, which we need very bad as we haven't had a good rainfall since the middle of May.

@just4him yes, I washed 2 loads of laundry today. I did finished it all because the weather is sunny-cloudy-sunny-cloudy. I was a bit hesitant but somehow I need to do some laundry. Yes, I do not have a dryer. So I have to hang it out for a few hours

I have been leg pain lately. Mainly because I haven;t been working out as much as I used to. It's been in the 80s here. Next week it's going to be in the 90's.

Getting ready to take at look at the car. It won't come out of park. We think we know what the problem is. Going to get some dinner and take over to Mike's parents for our fathers day dinner later on. We don't want to take him out as he still wobbles a lot when he walks any distance. It's getting hot here too, low 90's through the weekend. Have a blessed day
