A Great Way To Start The Day

Happy Thursday Everyone! It's so beautiful here this morning that when I took the dogs out I stayed outside (with my coffee of course) and enjoyed the sunshine. It's warm but not hot or humid and there's a pleasant breeze which makes it even better. Normally on a Thursday the lawn people are here bright and early with the loud mowers, blowers and weed whackers. The last few weeks they've been here later in the day which is fine with me. I hate when they come early and wake me up and spoil my sweet dreams. It looks like a nice weekend ahead and it will be the first one in quite awhile where there's no rain. Lucky fathers who want to celebrate Father's Day and do outside things. My daughter is working today and tomorrow we'll be going to Sams Club when she's off. I started with a small list but now it's grown as each day passes before we get there. By the way, remember in one of my last posts I said we were going to try having home delivery for our groceries? Well, it was awesome! They came within the time frame scheduled, brought everything right into the kitchen, were polite and friendly and in and out in a matter of 10 minutes or so. I'm definitely going to have to do this again especially when there's lots of heavy items to carry. That's about it. As you can see nothing exciting going on here...just the usual. What's going on in your neck of the woods?

That's great the mowers didn't wake you super early to ruin your dreams. Lists always seem to get longer by the time you get to the store. I haven't been to Sam's in a while, but enjoy shopping there. I'm glad the grocery delivery went well. I hope it starts here soon.

I'm glad you got to enjoy your morning and the sunshine outside. It's nice here too but very windy. We got rain yesterday the first time in a few weeks. We could use a bit more but I don't see any rain in the forecast until next week. Hope you enjoy the rest of your day.

So that is awesome about the home delivery of the groceries. That's great as well the lawn mowing people are starting to come later on instead of waking you up early.

I love Peapod and I like using them especially when the weather makes going to the store a chore.
