I wonder why this woman choose to wear leggings like this? It makes no sense. Would you wear something likes this? I personally wouldn't. Here in America there is alot of crazy people haha. I like sharing the craziness that happens here in America.

I think people are getting influenced by the celebrities wearing such dresses while performing! It suits them as it is the demand of the time for them! But in common life i think wearing such things look too silly for me! Thanks!

@Ladanger They do not flatter her in anyway. I do not wear leggings. Lately in winter here in Jerusalem I wear high socks with my skirts. I wear long skirts and no pants anymore for a quite some time.
