I have been reading about the bad effects of white flour here at myLot Yes. Here at myLot.
I stopped using it completely. It used to be the main ingredient for the pizza bread, cakes, pan cakes and last but not the least my favourite what we call curd dosa.
Enough is enough I said to myself. No harm in using it once in a way. What say.
So I ordered for the flour today. I will have these dosas for breakfast tomorrow. No water is added but the flour is mixed in pure curds, There is also chopped green chillies,egg, sugar, salt, a bit of scraped coconut and ofcourse chopped coriander leaves.
Can't wait till tomorrow

@allknowing We do not like pancakes, but I often make French crêpes.

It sounds quite tasty. So you mix flour in yogurt to a pancake consistency and fill it like a filled omelette?

Just mix all the ingredients and fry like you fry a pancake. Try it. You will like it.

Actually the recipe that I was given does not have eggs but I like them as the dosas do not stick.

Wholewheat flour is what I am using but it does not have the same effect in recipes.

I too don't use white flour at home. Now it is said that white flour is not good for health. Before my mom used to make snacks more with white flour.
