Supper time.The kids are yelling is Supper time. Miss Ethel Waters one of the great. Mike made a different kind of pizza.he is experimenting vegetarian pizza for our friends.It is call Potato,Arugla,and Fonina pizza. as seen in the photo.How is it rated.Mike liked it more than I did. did not care for it too much.They will loved it. We have this wonderful cook book call The Complete Italian vegetarian cook book.By Jack Bishop. Available at Amazon. It is a good one.Yea tomorrow we are going to he beach. Sounds wonderful but no photo? I will check back later to get a look at that baby!! I had veggie pizza yesterday, white Sorento it was cold, shredded zucchini, fresh mozzarella and a hint of lemon, it is wonderful.

The pizza looks delicious, but I wouldn't want the potatoes on it and I think I'd want some bechamel sauce under the arugula.

@amadeo Or Alfredo sauce. Just something that helps wet it like tomato sauce does, but on the neutral side flavor wise. Although tomato sauce might work, too.

I like arugula pizza, I do not use fontina because I do not like the taste of this cheese when it is heated at a high temperature.
