My little one is 9 months old and we want to start including more fruits in her diet. What is the best way to give apples for her? Peeled or unpeeled? Boiled or steamed or raw? Mashed or minced? I want her to enjoy it and also have a happy tummy

Apples can be a choking hazard for infants if they are not chewed thoroughly. I would recommend applesauce. If you give baby apple slices, be sure and watch her closely as she eats.

We zapped it in a blender after booking it and it was like a paste. She didn't like it much though

Apples should be soft cooked (baked or stewed) and at first, at least, mixed with custard, yoghurt or similar.
