And The Drama Continues..

Good day my fellow mylotters!! Hope all is well!!
I've written posts about how the mother-in-law over 2 years ago got a trike/motorcycle. When she got it, she stated with the rate of what she had to pay monthly for it, she would have it paid off in 15 months. Well, it's still NOT paid off!!
The people she's buying it from, however gave her the title!!!
Now, this isn't the only thing that the mother-in-law has been in the purchase of buying something on payment and she somehow gets the title and then doesn't finish paying it off!!
When we were gone getting "my" Explorer, supposedly these people came and got the motorcycle and left her a noting stating something to the effect that when she makes a payment she will get her trike/motorcycle back. (Apparently she was gone too and when she came home, the trike was gone.) Of course, she posted this on FaceBook for every one to see, but she doesn't mention though is that she hasn't paid the trike off yet.) Apparently she called the sheriff and she got her trike back.
A couple of days later, she shows my husband where someone threw a rock at her van. (No big deal, she can't drive the van because the transmission went out.) I heard her earlier that day, banging things and I can't Of course, she posts this on FaceBook and implies it was the person that took her bike!!!! Of course, the people that don't know her feel so sorry for her, but yet they don't know that she hasn't paid it off either!!

How did she get the title if its not paid off? The lean holder has to sign off or it to be free and clear.

I have no idea how she gets the titles, other than they're just to people that she knows not businesses. But she ended up without paying off for a motor home as well. Guess she can find people who just "give" her titles to things without paying them off.
