What time does the sun comes up in the morning?

Here in Malaysia, the sun comes up at 7am in the morning. Sometimes, Mr Sun will rise at 6.30am if the day is hot. Otherwise the usual timing is 7am. By 8am, the sun is too hot. That is the best time to hang out the clean laundry before getting the sunburn! So , what time does the sun comes up in your country? I noticed that some people wakes up at 5am, has the sun comes up already?
