I find children today expect everything given to them on a gold platter...no respect for elders ...a non care generation...Is it just me??!!

Welcome to myLot. Enjoy the site! The first step for all newbies is to read the Guidelines to learn what is allowed or not on the site. Then you can write a post introducing yourself. Tell us a bit about yourself. Furthermore, read around as much as you can, Like and Comment on other members' posts. Only then will members come to your site and do the same. This is called interaction. Don't expect too much money-wise. If you reach $5 a month (the payout limit), you can call yourself lucky.

I think it's parents' fault also. They have installed peer pressure thing in young kids as well.

@xstacex Yes may be because this is what they are seeing. Children learn from the surrounding. They absorb what's comes in their way. They can see how their parents have left their grandparents at old age home etc.so I think this behavior is far or less coming from their surroundings including their own parents

i believe the parents are at some fault but i think children these days are more shut off from the world and its more about themselves

I think so too. But these kids can still be disciplined at their young age or else they will be a menace to society.
