DeadPool Bob Ross

I grew up watching Bob Ross on PBS as a child growing up. As a little child I actually enjoyed watching him paint a landscape in 30 minutes.
One of my favorite comic book characters to read is DeadPool, his sense of humor and snarkiness makes me chuckle. He also comes off a bit aloof and self depricating.
So imagine my elation when I, on a random walk through of a newly opened Game Stop store, I saw on the counter the Funko Pop figure of DeadPool as Bob Ross had finally arrived, I quickly stuttered with the communication skill level of an overly excited 3 year old, told my girl friend, " D-D-D-DeadBob, is here! The Pool of Ross. . . is here!"
Since she pre-ordered it for me, I knew I was getting one. We went to ask at the counter and were told that they had just arrived earlier in the day but barely getting around to sorting out the pre-orders.
I got mine and went a couple doors down to Starbucks to celebrate the merger of my childhood and early adult life.

I learned how to paint from watching Bob Ross on PBS every Saturday. Love those action figures.

My daughter is HUGE Deadpool fan. She collects Deadpool figurines, Deadpool clothing/underwear and socks, Deadpool mugs...you name it. She understands him inside and out.

@Plethos. I think her husband is jealous of the Deadpool pillow case she has on her pillow.

I don't get these =) Are they just figurines? Do they do anything? I see people sell the fruity pebbles ones for like $160 on Mercari!

I have two pop funko's. I had more but got rid of them. I have Marty Mcfly from Back To The Future.
I want to see Deadpool 2.
Oh and that's a pretty cool looking pop funko.

@Plethos They are a good collector's item. I've seen some picture of people with bookshelves full of them. What do they range, anywhere from $4 to $15.00 right?

@ScribbledAdNauseum - depends on a lot of conditions. is it a store exclusive? a common? a convention special? its about as ridiculous as baseball rookie cards .

That is cute. I didn't know who Bob Ross was until the invention of the internet. I can only begin to imagine the 'landscapes' Deadpool would paint!

i bet thered still be mountains and trees and river streams but thered be planes flying over the mountains, bodies hanging in trees and the rivers would be running blood red from his kills. meanwhile hed be sitting in a lawn chair, fishing pole next to him with the line cast in the water and hed be drinking a cup of tea with a chimichanga in one hand feeding his mouth.
