It's raining dogs and cats!

India

Finally the monsoons have arrived in my area after waiting for a whole lot of time and that too in full form. Yes, it's raining heavily here. Though it is a desert area so I am sure that it would not flood at all. The sands are thirsty enough and would soak all the rain water in itself. I might make pakoras in the evening as it is in our tradition to have pakoras when it rains and enjoy it with ginger tea. How's weather at your side? Do you like pakoras with tea?

Hi Louise! Pakoras are fried dish. You can take potato, onions, spinach etc cut them all. Now put them in a batter made of gram flour with salt and red chilli powder. This batter with veggies is then deep fried in oil. It tastes delicious though little oily.

You don't like rains? Pakoras is an Indian snack made up of gram flour with veggies like potatoes, onions, spinach into its batter with salt and red chilli powder. It is then deep fried in oil. It's delicious

Its not raining heavily, but its cloudy, little drizzling around, which is really amazing at mid June. Probably rains will be at its peak in coming days here. Ofcourse, pakoras and ginger tea are the best things in rains.
