Dinner on weekdays is just normal here. I usually cook on weekend when i have more time.

@thislittlepennyearns Normal for me is a cup of rice and a viand. On weekend i try to cook additional for the meal, a soup, a salad and something sweet.

@thislittlepennyearns It was just one of those box mixes. I used mayo but I have used yogurt or Italian dressing. I consider pasta salads to be versatile like and omelette..usually the more you put in it, the better it tastes.

Too hot for the crock pot. Although I will use it one day this week for pulled pork.

I have made a mix of chopped greens and beef to roll in whole wheat tortillas, with cheese. If I eat. Hubby has been gone most of the day and I have snacked most of the afternoon. I may just wait and have a little cottage cheese before bed time.
