Toronto Constable Niran Jayanesan showed a shoplifter who stole clothes from a Wal Mart to go to an interview so he could apply for a job to help his family who was going through a tough time economically. The incident occured in Toronto Ontario Canada on Sunday night when a 18 year old male stole socks, dress shirt and a tie so the thief could apply to be hired to work. Constable Jayanesan decided not to take the teen to jail since the teen explained to the officer that he needed the clothes to land a job so he could assist his relatives. The Constable paid for the clothes that the teen attempted to steal since he could feel that the teenager was telling the truth. The good news is that the teen and his father have found work so they can provide for their families. A security guard at Wal Mart caught the teen stealing the clothes, however even though police officers do not condone robbery, the actions of the Constable showed that they are some good police officers on the force in Toronto.
