Drops Of The First Rains.

Finally the relief everyone was long waiting for arrived yesterday, the monsoon.
I always love the fragrance from the earth when the first rains arrive.
I always love to have a cup of coffee standing besides my window enjoying the rains drops dripping down the leaves.
The birds sitting on the branches soaking wet and fluttering their wings to dry themselves.
The cool air through my hair, the wet grass while walking through the park, the little mashrooms that grow in between the grass.
Everthing is just marvellous and beyond words that can explain how it feels enjoying the first rains of the monsoon.
Do you love the rains what's that you enjoy the most about the monsoon.

I do like rains at night when sleeping time but I want sunny days more..

I love the description of your post. So lively. I love to eat onion pakoda with tea. Than there's is this Bhutta or Charcoal Roasted Corn on the streets when it rains. Eating hot roasted bhutta is something different in this cool rainy weather. The best part is you stand in the rain under the four wheel bhutta wheeler and see your bhutta getting roasted. Yummmmmy. Happy monsoon !

Oh my you just unfolded a beautiful memory of my childhood days, thank you so much. Every bit of you said is what I have experienced and am dying to feel the pleasure once again. When I was a kid there use to come a bhutta wala on his three wheeler the roof cover use to drip and standing below it waiting for your bhutta to be roasted. He use to apply a little bit of chaat masala and lime on the roasted bhutta. Wow those days were just priceless I wish somebody would have recorded them for me as my mind has thanks again dear happy monsoon to you too
