How many time you spend your day in front of your PC/Phone?

For those who have to work using their PC, they might find themselves spending many time in front of PC, but others use it for playing games or other things, so how many time you spend in front of your Pc/Phone?

@saritflor Less than two hours.Most of my time is spent at my office and it leaves me completely tired.

Two hours a day it's really ok, and yes sitting and using a lot our eyes can make us feel very tired. It's important also to rest from time to time.

It depends on the time I work that day. At least an hour, I think.
