I was having a rough night last night that no matter what I do to make me sleep, they are all useless. I watched my favorite ASMR videos on youtube, I even played PlantVsZombies, and I even tried the essential oil I'm having and they still didn't work. And I wonder why. That is why I wake up very late today. I woke up at 2:30 in the afternoon. My Brother who didn't bother waking me up because he saw me very sleepy. But did prepare my food before he got for work. Then I saw my Mother outside. And I have all the time in the sala. Then I ate my food. Then this evening, the boyfriend and I went to the center for my cross-matching. I will have my blood transfusion tomorrow during my dialysis. So far it did not rain this evening. Which is a good thing. See you around friends.

Not too good today.Getting the side effect from the injection.Stomach problem.When I have a blood transfusion no problem.the injection I hate

You can search on the Internet how to deal with insomnia. It is good for health to sleep well at night.

I don't have insomnia. This is the disadvantages of having a Kidney Failure. I am on Dialysis. And people who undergone Dialysis have issues with sleeping.
