Update - the couch finally arrived

Some days ago I wrote about our problems with the furniture store where we bought our couch. They didn't deliver the couch after 6 weeks like they promised, they lied about the things written in their terms and conditions and they refused to give us a refund. We had finally decided to contact a lawyer next week, but yesterday they called us and told us that the couch would arrive today. We didn't trust them. We have heard too many lies and excuses, but this time the couch actually arrived. When we wanted to assemble the couch we noticed that there were no screws, no instructions and no cushions. My husband got really angry and he called the store, they told us that there was a storage space under the couch. We didn't know that it was possible to open the couch, but we found it and everything was there. One of your friends will help us assemble the last armrest in the weekend, but we can use the couch without the armrest.

Even big stores can mess things up. I remember that when I as writing in Bubblews, I managed to save enough for a long desired deep freeze. I bought the freezer online and waited. And waited. And waited. Finally I called them, but asked to talk with the manager. I was angry. Finally, the man came. He knew how to read and gave me many excuses. And, to mend things up, he also gave me a present of an electric ricer I did not need. My daughter Claudia has it: I cook my rice in a pot the has around 4 decades

I understand your anger. We felt the same way about this store. They lied and gave us so many excuses. They kept saying: "Next week, next week, next week" We finally got the couch, but are never going to use that store again.

Yes, it will be our secret hiding place I am glad that we found the things they had put there. I didn't even know that it was possible to open it.

It looks a bit different from the picture, but I have experienced that before when I have ordered things online. I like the design. We haven't had a couch for months. The old couch was broken and we got rid of it before we bought the new one, so it is nice to have a couch again.

When they said that the couch was going to arrive we didn't believe them at first because there have been so many delays and excuses, but this time we actually got the couch
