My phone cant find me

I'm not sure if it's the area or what. But lately I haven't had much of a signal. I have been with the company for many years and some companies you cut out in certain spots but I pat a slight more not for this to happen. I was in the store doing my mystery shop and it has to find me on gps to know ism there. Well it couldn't find me. The gps show ed me down the street yet I was standing in the cereal aisle of he store. I emailed them to ask the issue

The signal might be jammed or something.

Yes, they have to see you at the location.
